In Scriptcase you can edit several various items and let your application much more personalized. In grids (queries) you can edit, for example, the label of the buttons and that is exactly what we will teach next.

Access the properties of the application you want to modify and select the “Toolbar”.

On the screen that opens search option “Button Settings”.

In this part of the screen you can edit important information about buttons used in grid applications, namely:

  • Label: written information that will appear inside the button;
  • Hint: Information that will appear when the mouse stay on top of the button;
  • Access Key: Shortcut which can be used by the user to perform the action button on the screen.

Completed the setup just run the application to see the settings applied in the application.
