Using Scriptcase you can set the maximum size of a field within an application, to set up this type of configuration is very simple.

There is aways a possibility to do it via code on the onValidate event, but Scriptcase has a feature that will allow you without the need of inserting a single line of code.

First accessions field attributes by selecting it in the “Fields” folder. Then identify the “Max” attribute. In the next field you can indicate the maximum size of characters that are allowed in this field. As shown below the image.

To complete the process simply save and ready. Within seconds your field is already configured and ready for use. Do more on your projects, develop with Scriptcase.
