While the development process of a application, the analysis is, without doubt, the most important part of the process, because in it is analyzed important aspects related to the application functionality that will be developed. In a corporative environment, the WEB application focus many times is just optimizing the way how the process works. But how identify the process to be automatized? We got a few tips that can help you with it.

  • Analyze how many people are responsible by the process execution;
  • Identify how many of those people have defined jobs and work in a repetitive way;
  • Analyzing the task execution, try to identify points where the system can assist and where this system may possible replace the work of a Human Resource.

Among the main aspects of a process that need to be automatized, we can highlight those that have repetitive activities. For example, if a Human Resource is necessary to make a calculus and insert it later in some file, this resource can be replaced by a automatized routine inside a application so later he will be better used in another scenario.

The process identification part for automatize belongs to the process analyst and the system analyst. Together they can work in a solution that will attend the projects expectations and, by consequence, the final customer.
