One of the most common requirements in web applications are the logs, with them it is possible to track activity within the application and when necessary audit mainly in cases where important information is lost or changed.
With Scriptcase scheme security logs can be configured very simply by Module Log To access it go to the menu “Modules”, “Log” and select the “Create / Edit”.
On the screen that opens you can create a log scheme using basic information as the name of the schema, the description, the connection that is used to store the data, the table used to store logs, and the option to define whether the schema that is being created is the default for the application, for example. Additionally, you can choose which events you want the system to record the log.
After completing the basic configuration by clicking the “Save” button, you will be redirected to the setup screen. On this screen you can configure the logs by tables indicating the schema that will be used and also what events and fields will be recorded.
When you finish the setup and click the “Save” a message will be displayed indicating that the schema log was recorded successfully.
Thus your schema will be up and running if you want to edit some configuration later just return the screen to create and edit and edit the schema created.
