As in other DBMS using the PLSQL, the DELETE command is used in SQLite to delete rows in tables, as shown in the following syntax:


As a practical example we will delete all the rows in a table that stores data of products from a store.


Note that using the above command all the rows in the table will be deleted, so need to use the command with the WHERE clause, check below.

DELETE FROM product WHERE cod_prod = 1
